RIDE Spin, Barre & TRX is a fitness experience designed to challenge your mind and body surrounded by community support and positive energy. We have a variety of class formats that are paired with energizing playlists, dynamic lighting and professional programming from down-to-earth staff that are there to push you and celebrate all of your wins. We offer rhythmic spin, TRX suspension training, barre, and fusion classes (a hybrid of two formats).
