Michelle has been a part of RIDE since day one. Starting as an avid rider then deciding to take that passion to the next level and become an instructor. Spinning and TRX are by far her favorite exercise formats. Michelle’s motto is, “If you can believe in yourself that you can do it, it can be done!” She truly believes that you can incorporate a healthy lifestyle no matter where or what you are doing.
